OK. I am jumping on the bandwagon! I loved Cinque Terra, too, although I didn't make it to the very last village....

Kat, I would love to visit the Alps some day - I love traveling.
Michele, I also went to Florence, Venice, Rome and Sienna - Each was wonderful in its own way.
Michael, I have not read "Under the Tuscan Sun." I haven't had much time for pleasure reading since I've been in school. I did see the movie, and it was a lot of fun, so I'll keep the book in mind. Thanks.
Juliette, if you started on the easy end and didn't make it to the last town, I completely understand. It is a tough. hot hike. We started at the hard end and it got so easy at the end, we were all pleasantly surprised.
